Payment and Billing Records: Retained for seven (7) years as required by tax and financial regulations. Marketing Subscriber Data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Website Analytics Data: Retained in anonymized or aggregated form for up to twenty-six (26) months, in accordance with Google Analytics data retention settings. Communication Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of last communication. Hosting and Maintenance Client Data: Retained for the duration of the service agreement and for thirty (30) days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted. When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it using industry-standard methods.

In these cases: our clients act as the Data Controller, determining the purposes and means of processing their end users' data; Numidia Web acts as the Data Processor, processing data only in accordance with the client's instructions and the terms of our service agreement; we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect client data; we do not use client data for our own purposes, share it with unauthorized third parties, or sell it; we will assist clients in responding to data subject requests from their end users; and upon termination of services, we will return or delete client data as specified in our Terms and Conditions.
